1. Processing & Shipping Timelines

• All our resin jewellery is handmade with care. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
   

• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and the courier service.
   

• Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
   

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
   

• We currently ship within India using reputed courier services.
   

3. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns, refunds, or replacements will only be processed if a return/refund request is raised within 3 days of placing the order.
   

• Requests must be sent to our official customer support email or phone number with your order ID and reason.
   

• Returns/refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
   

  • You received the wrong product.
     

  • The product was damaged in transit.
     

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
   

4. Important Notes for Handmade Resin Jewellery

• Each piece is individually handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, texture, or small air bubbles are natural and not considered defects.
   

• We do not accept returns/refunds for change of mind or minor handmade variations.
   

5. Legal Compliance

• This policy is made in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 and other applicable laws in India.
